Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Sydney
Arrive at Sydney International Airport and travel by private car to the Park Hyatt Sydney where you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Opera House. Spend the afternoon exploring Sydney at your leisure. Park Hyatt Sydney is in the heart of the Rocks district on the waterfront. Overnight: Park Hyatt Sydney, Opera View Room for 3 nights

Day 2: See Sydney City Highlights
Travel in a luxury vehicle and see the city sights while a guide provides commentary. Stop in Sydney Harbor National Park for tea, then travel to South Head for a stroll along cliff-tops. Later, visit Bondi Beach and Centennial Park. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. (B)

Day 3: Blue Mountains 4WD Tour
See the magnificent Blue Mountains, traveling in style from the bustling city to the serene Jamison Valley. Visit ancient Aboriginal sites and breathtaking Blue Mountains lookouts. After an Australian barbecue lunch, continue to Katoomba to admire the renowned Three Sisters rock formation from an exclusive vantage point. Enjoy tea in a hidden valley and view kangaroos roaming the wild (conditions permitting). Return to Sydney and spend the evening at leisure. (B,L)

Day 4: Sydney – Ayers Rock
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ayers Rock (airfare not included) where you’ll be transferred to Longitude 131°, sharing exclusive and authentic experiences with just a few others. Travel into the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park Cultural Center, a vibrant and engaging place of learning. Enjoy sunset champagne and canapés atop our secluded sand dune with stunning 360° views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta before dining under a glittering canopy of stars at an exclusive desert setting. Overnight: Voyages Longitude 131°, Luxury Tent for 2 nights (B,D)

Day 5: Sunrise at Ayers Rock
Before sunrise, guests are transported to an exclusive sunrise viewing area to experience the desert landscape’s remarkable changing colors and marvel at the spectacular sight of Uluru and Kata Tjuta at dawn. Your guide prepares “billy tea” and traditional damper over a warming fire. Other included touring options are also available. (B,L,D)

Day 6: Ayers Rock – Cairns
Depart Ayers Rock for the airport for a flight to Cairns (airfare not included). Travel by private car to your hotel. Enjoy an evening at leisure in Cairns. Overnight: Cairns International Hotel, Premium Harbor View Room for 1 night (B)

Day 7: Cairns – Lizard Island
Travel to the airport for a flight to Lizard Island (flight included). Day at leisure to relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings. Overnight: Voyages Lizard Island, Anchor Bay Suite for 3 nights (B,D)

Day 8: Lizard Island
Take advantage of all the activities Lizard Island offers. From water sports including snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing and fishing to land-based activities like tennis and hiking, Lizard Island has it all (some activities at own expense). (B,L,D)

Day 9: Lizard Island
Today is at leisure. Relax and rejuvenate at Lizard Island’s Azure Spa, where you can indulge in a massage, facial, or other body treatment (own expense). Spend the rest of the day relaxing on the powdery white beaches or exploring the breathtaking natural environment on a walk through the forest. (B,L,D)

Day 10: Depart Lizard Island
Depart Lizard Island on a flight back to Cairns Airport (flight included). (B)
