Day 1: Welcome to Melbourne & City Sights Tour
Arrive in Melbourne and transfer to your hotel. Join your half day tour of Melbourne and discover the areas of Fitzroy, Carlton, the sites of the 1956 Olympics and Australian Tennis Open, and the Queen Victoria Markets—Melbourne’s shopping mecca. Take in the glorious colors and smells while enjoying afternoon tea in the Botanical Gardens before retuning to your hotel. Overnight: Langham Hotel, Club Classic Room for 3 nights
Day 2: Colonial Tramcar Dinner
Spend today at leisure to relax, shop or explore this cosmopolitan city full of cultural delights, fine food and enriched with gardens and history. We can recommend a wide selection of activities to suit you (activities, own expense). Tonight, dine in style aboard a restored, 1927 Tramcar as you travel through the streets of Melbourne. Day 3: Yarra Valley Deluxe Food & Wine Journey
This morning, depart from your hotel and travel to the Yarra Valley wine region. Your day of discovery will begin with a private wine tasting with cheese and fruit at the De Bortoli Winery. Visit historic Yering Station Winery and lunch at the renowned Domaine Chandon overlooking the vineyards. This afternoon, continue to Coldstream Hills and conclude your tour with a tasting at a 100 year old Yarra Valley Dairy & Wine Hub. (B,L)
Day 4: Depart Melbourne
Transfer by private car back to Melbourne Airport for your onward flight. (B)
